In this paper, the author helped an acquaintance to deal with the attack of stress disorder by using MET. Acquaintance S had an acute stress reaction at home in Europe and called the author for help. The author provided companionship and psychological support to S. During this period, S felt severe pain in his neck, and the author performed MET for S. The symbolic object was cement filled from his neck to his shoulders, and the symbolic carrier was a large black iron bucket. S smashed the cement with a hammer, removed it, put it into the iron bucket, and then moved to the Psychological Empty Land. After 30 minutes, the pain was significantly reduced and the effect was remarkable. This paper documents the process of MET operation and explores the advantages of MET used in acute stress response.
