  • 摘要: 随着现代社会的发展,大学生的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪愈加普遍,这些情绪不仅影响个人的心理健康,也会对社会产生一定的负面影响。瑜伽作为一项源自印度的传统练习方式,近年来在我国也越发受到大众的关注。研究表明,瑜伽不仅可以改善身体的柔韧性和平衡能力,同时也有助于缓解情绪压力、焦虑和抑郁症状,提升心理健康水平。近年来,瑜伽干预大学生情绪逐渐受到关注,本文通过综述相关文献和实验研究,对我国瑜伽干预大学生心理健康的研究进行综述,分析其优势和不足和瑜伽对大学生心理健康的影响及内在机制,并对瑜伽作为一种健康生活方式的作用进行探讨。旨在了解其中的研究进展和现状, 并提出未来研究的方向和建议。
  • With the development of modern society, negative emotions such as anxiety and depression among college students are becoming increasingly common. These emotions not only affect individual mental health, but also have a certain negative impact on society. Yoga, as a traditional practice method originating from India, has also received increasing public attention in China in recent years. Research has shown that yoga can not only improve the flexibility and balance of the body, but also help alleviate emotional stress, anxiety, and depression symptoms, and improve mental health. In recent years, yoga intervention in college students’ emotions has gradually received attention. This article reviews relevant literature and experimental research, summarizes the research on yoga intervention in college students’ mental health in China, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, as well as the impact and internal mechanism of yoga on college students’ mental health, and explores the role of yoga as a healthy lifestyle. The purpose is to understand the research progress and status quo, and propose directions and suggestions for future research.
