一则运用移空技术处理因早年情结导致长期心慌的案例

• Abstract: 本案来访者的父亲是军人，对来访者要求非常严格，导致来访者出现长期紧张心慌的症状。在之前咨询未能取得实质性进展的情况下，咨询师针对来访者 “心慌”这一主要症状进行移空技术处理，取得了较好的效果。本文记述了这次移空咨询的过程，并就移空技术靶症状的选择、咨询师的咨询状态，以及症状和情结的关系等议题进行了反思和讨论。
• The father of the client in this case is a soldier, who used to be very strict with the client, which leads to the long-term nervous and palpating symptoms of the client. In the case that no substantial progress had been made in the previous consultation, the counselor carried out MET for the main symptom of the client’s palpitation, and received good results. This article describes the process of MET consultation, and reflects on and discusses the choice of the target symptom in MET, the status of the consultant, and the relationship between symptoms and complex.
