This is a case report of a client who avoided interpersonal interaction problems due to multiple factors such as family relationship, growth experience and academic frustration. It is also explored from the perspective of how a novice consultant chooses a consulting genre and technology suitable for the client. Based on the integration orientation, try to give help through cognitive behavioral therapy according to the specific problem situation of the client. Under the framework of psychodynamics, guide the client to gradually see themselves and understand their father. For the relationship between the client and their parents, try to enhance understanding through Jungian analysis of the archetype and complex in psychology to help novice consultants understand the client in multiple dimensions and better help them grow up. After 20 consultations, the client gradually saw their own internal and self changes, began to actively explore and seek deeper consulting goals, focused on their ego growth, and saw hope and future.
