高校优秀辅导员人格特质的培养——以中南大学为例

• Abstract: 2017年最新修订颁布的《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》提到“把辅导员队伍建设作为教师队伍和管理队伍建设的重要内容，整体规划、统筹安排，不断提高队伍的专业水平和职业能力”，高校辅导员队伍的培养受到高度重视。 人格特质作为人格的组成部分，在测评高校辅导员心理健康层面发挥着重要作用。本文以中南大学为例，从大五人格特质理论出发，着重探讨高校培养优秀辅导员的可行性及具体实施策略。
• In 2017, the newly revised and promulgated “Regulations on the construction of college counselor team” mentioned that “the construction of college counselor team as an important content of the construction of teacher team and management team, overall planning, overall arrangement, and constantly improve the professional level and professional ability of the team”, the training of college counselor team has been highly valued. As a component of personality, personality traits play an important role in evaluating the mental health of college counselors. Taking Central South University as an example, this paper focuses on the feasibility and implementation strategies of training excellent counselors in colleges and universities based on the theory of Big Five personality traits.
