• 摘要： 在新时代背景下，高校思想政治教育需要培养一批适应新时代要求、可担当民族复习大任的时代新人，这要求高校在进行思想政治教育时必须落实立德树人的根本任务，加强形势政策教育和基本国情教育，对大学生的价值选择进行正确引导。“亲其师信其道”，高校教师只有和学生建立良好的情感基础，才能让学生自觉接受其传授的思想政治教育知识，保证思想政治教育的实效性。心理咨询共情技术通过与来访者建立良好关系，以情感互动方式促进个体发展，其“动之以情，晓之以理”的情感互动方式与高校思想政治教育有机结合，有利于培养良好的师生关系，激发学生政治认同内生动力。
• Under the background of the new era, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities needs to cultivate a group of new people who can adapt to the requirements of the new era and take on the great task of national review. This requires that colleges and universities must implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, strengthen the situation and policy education and basic national conditions education, and correctly guide the value choice of college students. Only by building a good emotional foundation with students, can college teachers make students consciously accept the ideological and political education knowledge they impart and ensure the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Psychological counseling empathy technology promotes individual development through emotional interaction by establishing good relations with visitors. Its emotional interaction mode of “appeal to emotion and reason” is organically combined with ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which is conducive to cultivating good teacher-student relationship and stimulating the endogenous power of students’ political identity.
