• Abstract: 移空技术是一项以引导心理空境为目标的心身治疗技术。心理空境有不同的层次。超距移动是到达心理空境的操作手段。引导来访者到达心理空境可以有多种方式，既可以在空间维度上向前移动，也可以在时间维度上向后移动。本文 通过两则超距移动案例，试图探讨引导来访者到达心理空境的更多方式，也期待移空咨询师一起探索。
• MET is a psychosomatic technique with the goal of guiding psychological empty land. There are different levels of psychological empty land, Beyond-Distance movement is a means of operation to reach that state. Guiding clients to psychological empty land can be done in a variety of ways, either by moving forward in the spatial dimension or backward in the temporal dimension, and so on. By demonstrating these two cases of Beyond-Distance movement in MET process, this paper tries to explore more ways to guide clients to psychological empty land and hopes that more MET counselors will participate in this discussion.
