• Abstract: 疫情带来的压力在很大程度上影响着大学生的心理健康状况，因此对常态化疫情防控下大学生就业心理健康和应对策略进行研究具有极现实意义的内容。本文以常态化疫情防控为背景，用心理学的视角，对当前我国大学生存在的就业心理进行分析，并有针对性的提出缓解大学生就业的心理压力策略，加强大学生就业心理疏导，提升大学生就业心理健康水平。
• The pressure brought by the epidemic has a great impact on the mental health of college students. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the mental health and coping strategies of college students in employment under the normal epidemic prevention and control. Based on the background of normal epidemic prevention and control, this paper analyzes the current employment psychology of Chinese college students from the perspective of psychology, and puts forward targeted strategies to alleviate the psychological pressure of college students in employment, strengthen the psychological counseling of college students in employment, and improve the mental health level of college students in employment.
