教育戏剧在大学生心理健康教育课程中的应用

• Abstract: 教育戏剧是一套运用多元戏剧工具于课堂的教学法。其目标是通过剧场游戏、 想象性表达的形式，让学生在戏剧活动中认识自我和世界，在戏剧中实现人格的发展和完善。这与大学生心理健康教育的目标不谋而合。将教育戏剧的元素融入大学生心理健康教育课程，通过构建课堂准备、引入、体验、反思四阶段教学模式，可以切实提高大学生心理健康素养，为高校心理健康教育课程建设提出有效建议。
• Educational drama is a set of teaching methods using multiple drama tools in the classroom. The goal is to make students know themselves and the world through theater games and imaginative expression, and to realize the development and perfection of personality in drama practice. This coincides with the goal of college students’ mental health education. Integrate the elements of educational drama into the course of college students’ mental health education，through the construction of pre-class preparation, introduction, experience, reflection four stages of the teaching model, can effectively improve the mental health literacy of college students, put forward effective suggestions for the course construction of mental health education in colleges and universities.
