Application of Positive Psychology in Improving the Mental Health Level of Primary Medical Personnel under Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control: A Case Study of Three Good Things
This paper carried out “Three Good Things” exercise for 50 medical staff based on wechat platform, aiming to improve the mental health level of primary medical staff. Specifically, this paper choose 25 medical personnel as the control group, the other 25 medical personnel as the observation group, the observation group are required to complete the “Three Good Things” exercise, adhere to the clock in 21 days of three good things in life, participants were asked to review the thankful every night before going to bed or make yourself feel happy three things to clock in. Through the feedback, it was found that the mental health level of the observation group was improved after the completion of the three good things in the 21-day clocked life, and the mental health level was still maintained at a high level one month later. It indicates that the “three good things” exercise is effective in improving the mental health level of primary medical personnel, which is worthy of further promotion.
