This paper is a case report of applying Move to Emptiness Technique (MET) to deal with the anxiety of a senior three students towards the upcoming college entrance examination. The visitor had been quite nervous during the third test before the college entrance examination, her palms got wet and her mind was almost blank. It was back then only half a month before the college entrance examination when she took the first consultation, and to the end, she made a total of three times of MET consultations. The target symptoms were respectively the tension he felt when not knowing how to solve a math problem in a test, the fear of the upcoming college entrance examination, and the beating heart. In all three times, the visitor reached the Psychological Unified Land and the curative effect was excellent. The visitor reported that she slept peacefully before the college entrance examination. Although the math test was difficult, she could encourage, comfort and adjust herself without feeling flustered, feverish or mind blank., This case inspired us on the subject of handling examination anxiety with MET.
