• Abstract: 焦点解决短程疗法具有短程、高效、积极正向的特点，特别适用于接受度高、 思维活跃的“00后”大学生群体。辅导员是做好大学生思想政治教育工作的关键力量之一，在谈心谈话工作中融入焦点解决理念，使快速高效的工作模式成 为可能。寻求焦点解决短程疗法与辅导员谈心谈话工作的契合点，形成模板式 谈话流程，优化谈心谈话工作模式。
• Solution Focused Brief Therapy has the characteristics of short-term, efficient and positive, and is especially suitable for the “Post-00” college students with high acceptance and active thinking. Counselors are one of the key forces to do a good job in college students’ Ideological and political education. Integrating the concept of focus solution into heart-to-heart talk makes a fast and efficient work mode possible. Seek to focus on the meeting point between short-term therapy and counselor heart to heart talk, form a template conversation process, and optimize the working mode of heart-to-heart talk education.
