• 摘要： 本文以一名大学新生因身体疾病导致情绪问题而无法适应大学生活为例，运用合理情绪疗法进行心理帮扶，最终使其适应大学生活。在干预的过程中，关键在于及时识别学生的不合理信念，在现实的基础上帮助学生分析问题，并设身处地地考虑学生的感受，给予学生需要的关注。引导学生关注当下，调整自己的不合理信念，形成理性平和的健康心态。
• In this paper, use an example which is a new college student’s emotional problems caused by physical diseases, and unable to adapt to college life, while the teacher use the theory of emotional ABC for psychological help, and finally the student adapt to college life. In the process of intervention, the key is to identify the irrational beliefs of student’s in time, and help student analyze problems on the basis of reality, and put ourselves in the students’ shoes, give students the attention they need. Guide the students to pay attention to the present, correct their irrational beliefs, and form a rational and peaceful healthy mentality.
