• Abstract: 目的：探索提升高校辅导员心理健康教育胜任力的对策，为辅导员心理健康教育培训提供参考。方法：采用文献综述、思辨的方法，对现有文献和理论进行归纳整理，提出适用于提升辅导员心理健康教育胜任力的对策。结果：通过提升辅导员识别心理问题的能力、深度辅导技能、关爱学生的能力和对辅导能力的自信四个方面的水平，能提升辅导员心理健康教育胜任力。结论：提升辅导员心理健康教育胜任力水平意义重大，要克服阻力，在辅导员选拔、培训和激励方面深入强调心理育人的重要性，最终提升辅导员心理健康教育胜任力。
• Objective: To explore the countermeasures to improve the competency of college counselors in mental health education, and to provide reference for counselors’ mental health education training. Methods: By means of literature review and speculation, the existing literature and theories were summarized and sorted out, and the countermeasures for improving counselors’ mental health education competency were put forward. Results: Counselors’ competence in mental health education can be improved by improving their ability to identify psychological problems, in-depth counseling skills, caring for students and confidence in counseling ability. Conclusion: It is of great significance to improve the competency level of counselors’ mental health education. It is necessary to overcome resistance and emphasize the importance of psychological education in counselors’ selection, training and motivation, so as to finally improve counselors’ competency in mental health education.
