  • 摘要: 长期以来,作者一直受到恐惧的困扰。为了了解自身恐惧的根源和寻找处理恐惧的方法,帮助自己以及同样被恐惧困扰的人,同时探索移空技术作为一种身心保健方法在使用时的效果、优势及困难,作者采用觉察和体验的方式对自身的恐惧进行研究,并采用移空技术对其进行处理。通过历时 3个月的研究,作者共做了与恐惧相关的移空7次,其中5次显效,1次临床痊愈,1次移空未完成恐惧的影响度就降低了。作者也体验到空境带来的轻松和平静。经过研究者的亲身体验表明,利用移空技术帮助自己处理恐惧具有可行性和有效性。
  • I’ve long been plagued by fear. In order to understand the source of fear in my mind to find ways to deal with it and to help others who are also victims of the same problem, at the meantime, to explore the effects, strengths and difficulties of using the Move to Emptiness Technique (MET) as a psychotherapy technology, I used an perceptual and experiential approach to feel my own fear and used MET to deal with it. Through the 3-month study period, I used MET to deal with fear for 7 times, out of which 6 times were successful. In terms of curative effect, one time was clinically cured and five times were significantly effective. The practical results of this study proved that the method of using MET to help oneself deal with fear is feasible and effective. In the 6 successful experience, the average score of the pre-test was 8.25, and the average score of the post-test was 1.25. The post-test score of influence was significantly lower than the pre-test. Psychological empty land, as the goal of MET, also got me a relaxed and calm feeling.
