一例运用简化移空技术处理老年人多年头昏的案例报告

• 摘要： 本文是运用简化移空技术治疗一例老年人持续二十余年头昏的案例报告。移空咨询中将来访者“头迷糊”（头昏）这一负性感受形成象征物“一团乱糟糟的像雾霾的气体”，并装进承载物塑料袋后移走，最后来访者到达心理空境。本次咨询结束后来访者就感觉头脑清明，影响度从10分降至1分，达到显效，后续进行一个月、一年随访疗效持久。本文呈现了运用简化移空技术的操作过程，并对移空技术处理长期生理症状以及家庭成员间进行移空咨询的咨访关系特点进行了讨论。
• This is a case report of an elderly patient with persistent vagueness in the head for more than 20 years treated with Simplified Yikong Skill process. In Yikong counseling, The visitor imagined the negative feeling of vagueness as “a tangle of smog-like gases,” put it in a carrier bag and removed it. Finally, the visitior reached the psychological empty land. At the end of the consultation, the client felt clear of mind, and the impact level decreased from 10 to 1, achieving significant effect. In the one month and one year follow-up, the curative effect remained stable. This paper shows the procedures of simplified Yikong Skill, and discusses the characteristics of Yikong Skill in the management of longterm physiological symptoms together with the consultation relationship between family members in using Yikong Skill.
