This study takes the relevant chapters in the teaching of health education and health promotion as an opportunity to carry out experiential learning of Yikong technology in the class. This study shows that the experience of Yikong technology in the form of teaching has the effect of dealing with psychosomatic symptoms and promoting psychosomatic health. The experience of Yikong technology not only helps learners to understand and grasp the technology of health intervention, but also helps learners to apply technology to themselves to realize the unity of knowledge and practice in the educational process. The application of localized health intervention technology to the teaching of health-related courses helps to improve learning interest, cultural self-confidence and cultural identity, it is an attempt to deeply integrate health education, personality education and ideological and political education.
