  • 摘要: 本研究以“健康教育与健康促进”课程教学中相关章节为契机,在班级进行了移空技术体验式学习。本研究显示以教学的形式进行移空技术体验具有心身症状 处理、心身健康促进的效果。移空技术的体验不仅有助于学习者亲身体会和把握健康干预的技术,也有助于学习者将技术运用于自身而实现教育过程的“知 行合一”,将本土化的健康干预技术运用于健康相关课程的教学,有助于帮助学生提升学习兴趣、文化自信和文化认同,是健康教育、人格教育与思政教育深度融合的尝试。
  • This study takes the relevant chapters in the teaching of health education and health promotion as an opportunity to carry out experiential learning of Yikong technology in the class. This study shows that the experience of Yikong technology in the form of teaching has the effect of dealing with psychosomatic symptoms and promoting psychosomatic health. The experience of Yikong technology not only helps learners to understand and grasp the technology of health intervention, but also helps learners to apply technology to themselves to realize the unity of knowledge and practice in the educational process. The application of localized health intervention technology to the teaching of health-related courses helps to improve learning interest, cultural self-confidence and cultural identity, it is an attempt to deeply integrate health education, personality education and ideological and political education.
