• 摘要： 通过对学习力与学习成绩相关因素分析，说明提升学生的学习动力、学习毅力和学习能力的方法与策略，包括专注力、耐力、抗逆力、自信力如何核心作用于学习力的；结合相关案例分析，运用积木动力修复技术，对学生进行专注力、耐力、抗逆力、自信力的损伤修复训练，达到提升学生学习力的目的，最终提高学习成绩。
• Through analyzing the factors related to learning power and academic achievement, this paper explains the methods and strategies to improve students’ learning motivation, learning perseverance and learning ability, including how concentration, endurance, resilience and self-confidence play a core role in learning ability. Combined with relevant case analysis and using building block dynamic repair technology, students are trained in damage repair of concentration, endurance, stress resistance and self-confidence, so as to improve students’ learning power and finally improve their academic performance.
