浅析高校辅导员开展心理健康工作的现状

• Abstract: 该文主要对高校辅导员在开展心理健康工作时所涉及的内容、运用的方法途径、存在的问题及解决方式进行了阐释。高校辅导员开展心理健康工作所涉及方面有：理想信念价值观、生活目标缺失、人际问题、恋爱及性心理困扰、性格及情绪问题、职业生涯规划及就业心理。开展心理健康工作的方法途径主要在于在日常工作中融入心理学理论和个体团体相结合。对于工作开展仍需要从提升心理咨询专业素质、提高心理危机处理的能力和利用朋辈资源等方式进行考量。
• This paper mainly expounds the contents, methods, existing problems and solutions of college counselors in carrying out mental health work. College counselors’ mental health work involves the following aspects: ideal, faith and values, lack of life goals, interpersonal problems, love and sexual psychological problems, personality and emotional problems, career planning and employment psychology. The way to carry out mental health work mainly lies in integrating psychological theory and individual group in daily work. The work still needs to be considered from the ways of improving the professional quality of psychological counseling, improving the ability to deal with psychological crisis and using peer resources.
