浅谈高校网络心理咨询的困境与对策

• 摘要： 高校具备开展网络心理咨询工作的便利条件，网络心理咨询具有方便性、快捷性、匿名性、记录易保存性等优势。高校网络心理咨询面临着一些困境：咨询效果及影响因素问题、保密性与网络安全问题、匿名性与危机应对问题、理论与技术问题。解决这些问题，需要加强对网络心理咨询理论与技术的研究、开发方便易用的网络平台、制定网络咨询规范、加强咨询师的培训。
• Colleges and universities have convenient conditions to carry out network psychological counseling, network psychological counseling has the advantages of convenience, speed, anonymity, easy record preservation and so on. The network psychological consultation in colleges and universities is faced with some difficulties: consultation effect and influencing factors, confidentiality and network security, anonymity and crisis response, theory and technology. To solve these problems, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the theory and technology of network psychological consultation, develop a convenient and easy to use network platform, formulate network consultation norms, and strengthen the training of consultants.
