  • 摘要: 临近青春期的孩子自我意识开始觉醒,她们想要独立地探索世界、探索自我,而她们又有一定的依赖性,她们需要一个好的精神导师。案例中的来访者缺乏精神导师的引领,加之曾经遭受过两年的校园霸凌,在适应新环境过程中爆发了抑郁情绪,并且严重厌学。咨询师使用催眠技术、认知行为疗法等技术帮助求助者恢复了心理创伤、找到了精神导师,并且修正了不合理信念,重新开启健康快乐人生。
  • Approaching adolescence, children’s self-awareness begins to awaken, they want to explore the world and explore themselves independently, and they have a certain dependence, they need a good spiritual mentor. In this case, the client lacked the guidance of a spiritual mentor and had suffered two years of campus bullying. As a result, he suffered from depression and severe weariness in learning during the process of adapting to the new environment. Counselors use techniques such as hypnosis and cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients recover from psychological trauma, find spiritual mentors, and correct unreasonable beliefs to lead healthy and happy lives.
