  • 摘要: 动机性访谈(Motivational Interviewing, MI)是由William Miller 和Steven Rollnick 教授治疗酒精依赖患者建立的咨询技术。作为一种以来访者为中心的心理访谈手段在国外得到广泛应用,但国内对其的文献较少,特别是在教育领域。本文从四个方面评介动机性访谈,分别是动机性访谈的精神、操作技巧、实施过程、最后得到动机性访谈在教育中运用的三个启示:注重学生由矛盾心理触发的改变倾向;提高教师以引导为主的沟通技巧;改善师生沟通质量,以激发学生的内在改变动机。
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a counseling technique established by Professor William Miller and Steven Rollnick for alcohol-dependent patients. As a visit-centered psychological interview method, it has been widely used abroad, but there are few literature about it in China, especially in the field of education. This paper reviews the motivational interviewing from four aspects, Firstly, the spirit of the motivational interview, Secondly, the operation skills of MI, Then the implementation process of MI, and finally three implements from the application of the motivational interviewing in education. They are paying attention to the students’ tendency to change triggered by ambivalence; To improve teachers’ communication skills based on guidance; Improve the quality of communication between teachers and students to stimulate students’ internal motivation for change.
