• Abstract: 2017 年中共中央、国务院印发的《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》明确提出要“加强 人文关怀和心理疏导, 促进大学生身心和人格健康发展”，大学生心理健康教育问题受到党和国家的高度重视。 大学生心理健康教育是高校思想政治教育的重要工作之一，也理应成高校辅导员角色功能涉及的范围。心理 咨询师的教育者、示范者、研究者的角色功能给高校辅导员在大学生思想政治教育和心理健康教育带来启示。 高校辅导员可从借鉴教育方式、参与教育实践、交流教学经验三方面积极借鉴心理咨询师角色功能，从而增 强高校思政理论课育人实效。
• In 2017, the opinions on strengthening and improving ideological and political work in Colleges and universities issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council clearly proposed to “strengthen humanistic care and psychological counseling, and promote the healthy development of College Students’ body, mind and personality”. The party and the state attach great importance to College students’ mental health education. College Students’ mental health education is one of the important work of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. It should also be the scope of the role and function of College Ideological and political teachers. The role and function of psychological counselors as educators, demonstrators and researchers bring enlightenment to college ideological and political teachers in Ideological and political teaching and college students’ mental health education. College counselors can actively learn from the role of psychological counselors from three aspects: learning from educational methods, participating in educational practice and exchanging teaching experience, so as to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political theory education in Colleges and universities.
