• 摘要： 本文是对一例由于工作及家庭压力导致情绪问题进行咨询的案例报告，并加入新手咨询师如何缓解自身咨询不完美焦虑的特别视角，探寻在新手咨询师的工作过程中，新手咨询师的咨询不完美焦虑如何影响咨询工作的开展及推进，新手咨询师又该如何缓解这种咨询不完美焦虑。基于自体心理学取向，以完善个案自体为最终目标开展工作，运用倾听、共情及恰当镜映的技术缓解来访者的焦虑及压力感。同时，咨询师采用一对一督导、同辈督导、自我督导以及聚焦中的腾出空间及自我在场技术缓解自身的咨询不完美焦虑，以减轻由于新手咨询师的咨询不完美焦虑对咨询造成的影响。
• This article is a consultation case report, which focus on client’s emotional problems caused by work and family pressure. And adds a special perspective on how novice consultants can alleviate their own imperfect consulting anxiety and how does perfection anxiety affect the development and advancement of consulting work. Based on the self psychology theory, the work is carried out with the ultimate goal of improve the client’s self, and the techniques of listening, empathy, and proper mirroring are used to relieve client’s anxiety and stress. At the same time, this consultant use one-to-one supervision, peer supervision, self-supervision, and focusing on freeing space and self-presence techniques to alleviate her own consultation imperfection anxiety, so as to reduce the impact of the novice consultant’s consultation imperfection anxiety on the consultation.
