• 摘要： 本文是一例运用移空技术对一位脑梗死后来访者的干预报告。初始访谈后，就来访者的强迫念头“千万别尿在床上”进行了移空治疗，疗效显著。移空治疗后来访者未再出现担心“尿到床上”的情况，夜间睡眠安稳由原每晚起来小便5 次到不起夜；膀胱拘紧刺激感消失，身体沉重感消失，且肢体活动较前灵活，增加了康复疗效。本文还对移空技术对慢性病伴有情绪障碍患者的应用前景进行了讨论。
• This is a case report of the intervention of a patient after cerebral infarction by using Yikong skill. After the initial interview, the client’s compulsive thoughts of “don’t pee on the bed” was treated. After the treatment, the client did not worry about “urinating on the bed” any more, and slept peacefully at night, from getting up to urinate 5 times a night to not getting up any more. The stimulation sensation of bladder holding disappeared, the body heaviness disappeared, and the limb activity was more flexible than before, which increased the rehabilitation effect. This paper also discusses the application prospect of Yikong skill in patients with chronic diseases and mood disorders.
