This is a case report of the intervention of a patient after cerebral infarction by using Yikong
skill. After the initial interview, the client’s compulsive thoughts of “don’t pee on the bed” was treated.
After the treatment, the client did not worry about “urinating on the bed” any more, and slept peacefully
at night, from getting up to urinate 5 times a night to not getting up any more. The stimulation sensation
of bladder holding disappeared, the body heaviness disappeared, and the limb activity was more flexible
than before, which increased the rehabilitation effect. This paper also discusses the application prospect
of Yikong skill in patients with chronic diseases and mood disorders.
