The client IN this case, Q, is an outpatient in the clinical psychology department of a
comprehensive Grade-a hospital. He was diagnosed as agoraphobia by a psychiatrist and suggested the
combination of medication and psychological counseling. One month after the first panic attack, client
Q developed to panic 2 to 3 times a day without cause, and his social functions such as work, love and
communication were severely impaired. The consultant performed an integrated therapeutic intervention
with IPT interpersonal therapy, Yikong skill and georges test, once a week for a total of six sessions, and
the client recovered from symptoms. 4 months after the consultation, the follow-up remained good.
