• Abstract: 曼陀罗绘画疗法是绘画疗法的一种，在临床心理干预领域的应用逐渐广泛。在中国，曼陀罗绘画疗法目前在临床心理干预中的应用研究还并不系统，对这些研究进行分析可以为将来该疗法的发展提供参考。本研究从结构特点、颜色维度和自性角度三个方面阐述了曼陀罗绘画疗法具有保护性和整合性作用的治疗机制，明确了短程曼陀罗绘画疗法具体的操作模式，区分并总结了其在心理障碍患者和非心理障碍患者两类群体中的应用情况，并从症状层面、情绪层面和生活质量层面三个维度梳理了曼陀罗绘画疗法在临床心理干预中的具体效果，最后呈现了该疗法在实际应用中依然存在的争议，进一步指出了之后可继续拓展应用的方向。
• Mandala drawing therapy is a kind of art therapy, which has been widely used in the field of clinical psychological intervention. In China, the current research on the application of mandala drawing therapy in clinical psychological intervention is not systematic, and the analysis of these studies can provide reference for the development of this therapy in the future. This study expounds the protective and integrated therapeutic mechanism of mandala drawing therapy from three aspects: structural characteristics, color dimension and the Self, and defines the specific operation mode of short-term mandala drawing therapy. Then it distinguishes and summarizes its application in two groups of patients with mental disorders and patients with non-psychological disorders. It also combs the specific effect of mandala drawing therapy in clinical psychological intervention from the three dimensions of symptom, emotion and quality of life. Finally, it presents the controversy that still exists in the practical application of mandala drawing therapy, and points out the direction of its further application.
