- Abstract: 本文是对一例由于自卑导致人际关系不良进行咨询的案例报告，主要采用了叙事疗法，通过倾听来访者的自我问题叙事，外化并解构问题，重构积极的新故事，见证及巩固效果，对结果进行评估，帮助来访者重新构建积极的自我，让来访者摆脱自卑，带着较期待的自我认同感去发展人生。
- This article is a case report of poor interpersonal relations due to inferiority. It mainly adopts narrative therapy. By listening to the visitors’ self-problem narrative, problem externalization, problem deconstruction, reconstructing new positive stories, witness and consolidation, and evaluation of results, we help visitors rebuild their positive self, get rid of inferiority, and develop life with a more expected self.
