空巢老人抑郁测评工具的研究进展

- Abstract: 中国已经进入老龄化时代，空巢老人抑郁症状的早期筛查，有利于后续的评估与干预。通过文献回顾与量表分析，空巢老人抑郁测评工具可分为二维结构测评、三维结构测评、四维结构测评和多维结构测评四类。目前，不仅缺乏专门针对空巢老人的抑郁测评工具，也缺乏关于空巢老人抑郁测评问卷编制方法的探讨，如措辞效应等。
- China has entered an era of aging. Early screening of depression symptoms in empty-nesters is conducive to follow-up assessment and intervention. Through literature review and scale analysis, the depression assessment tools of empty-nesters can be divided into two-dimensional structure assessment, three-dimensional structure assessment, four-dimensional structure assessment and multi-dimensional structure assessment. At present, there is not only a lack of depression evaluation tools specifically for the empty-nesters, but also a discussion on the preparation of the empty-nesters depression assessment questionnaires, such as the wording effect.
