Solution focused brief counseling (SFBC) is a short-term psychotherapy technology focusing on
finding solutions to problems. Its basic spirit is: emphasizing how to solve problems rather than finding
the causes of problems; Promote change with a positive, future oriented and goal oriented attitude. SFBC
emphasizes the problem-solving resources of the visitors themselves, and helps the visitors construct
solutions through exceptions. In this study, the focus solution short-term counseling was used to treat the
anxiety disorder of a school student and help the visitors solve the anxiety problem.
