• 摘要： 本文报告一例农转非丧偶家庭单亲母亲因为儿子上初中之后出现厌学、逃课、攀比等情况，自觉无法与儿子进行沟通和教育，经常与儿子进行冲突和争吵，导致严重的亲子关系危机前来寻求心理援助的咨询案例。来访者6 个月以来一直心悸、心慌、失眠，与儿子关系持续紧张，工作中常与顾客同事争吵，出现明显的自杀意念等。咨询师综合考虑求助者的实际情况和认知特点、文化水平，采取以家庭治疗为主的咨询辅导，并辅以认知治疗及放松技术等辅导。
• This article report a case of a Chongqing rural residents become urban residents widowed families single mother and her son, because the son appears learning disabilities in junior middle school, skip classes, such as “vanity”, consciously not to communication and education, often to conflict and argument with son, and cause serious parenthood crisis came to seek psychological aid. she has been dismayed palpitation in 6 months, insomnia, and relationship continuity in tension with son and her customers, quarrel with colleagues, etc. She has obvious suicidal ideation. Consultants comprehensive consideration of the patient’s actual situation and cognitive characteristics, cultural level, this case take the family therapy to given priority with advice, also take cognitive therapy and relax technology guidance.
