The Professional Development of Mental Health Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities From the Perspective of “Ecological Theory” —— Explanation of Research in a Northern Province
The professional development of psychological health educational teacher is related to
the effectiveness of “psychological education” and the construction of service system in colleges and
universities. It is one of the keys to promote the quality improvement of ideological and political
engineering in colleges and universities. This study explores the law of professional development of
mental health education teachers with the method of “ecological theory”, and actively adapts to the new
ecological environment of mental health education in colleges and universities from both inside and
outside the system, and further improves the access mechanism, flow mechanism, guarantee mechanism
and prevention mechanism of mental health education teachers in colleges and universities. Thus, an
“ecosystem” path for the professional development of mental health education teachers in a northern
province was constructed.
