  • 摘要: 心理健康教育教师职业化发展事关高校“心理育人”成效和服务体系建设,是推进高校思想政治工程质量提升的关键之一。本研究以“生态理论”的方法探赜心理健康教育师资队伍职业化发展规律,从系统内外两个方面主动适应高校心理健康教育生态新环境,进一步提升高校心理健康教育教师准入机制、流动机制、保障机制和防范机制,从而构建北方某省心理健康教育教师职业化发展的“生态系统”路径。
  • The professional development of psychological health educational teacher is related to the effectiveness of “psychological education” and the construction of service system in colleges and universities. It is one of the keys to promote the quality improvement of ideological and political engineering in colleges and universities. This study explores the law of professional development of mental health education teachers with the method of “ecological theory”, and actively adapts to the new ecological environment of mental health education in colleges and universities from both inside and outside the system, and further improves the access mechanism, flow mechanism, guarantee mechanism and prevention mechanism of mental health education teachers in colleges and universities. Thus, an “ecosystem” path for the professional development of mental health education teachers in a northern province was constructed.
