一例自认为边缘性人格障碍的危机干预及 叙事治疗案例报告

• Abstract: 来访者自认为有边缘性人格障碍，有强烈的负性情绪，咨询师首先评估来访者的自杀风险，及时进行危机干预。基于叙事治疗的咨询理念，咨询师倾听来访者的“问题故事”，运用外化对话技术协助她描述问题，解构问题，同时发现例外，运用改写对话，重塑成员对话和见证对话扩展叙事视角，发展支线故事，丰厚生命故事。 通过15 次咨询，部分实现了来访者的短期咨询目标。
• The client was diagnosed as borderline personality disorder by herself. The counselor assessed the suicide risk and conducted crisis intervention in time. Based on the narrative therapy, the counselor listened to the client’s “problem story”, used the externalized dialogue technology to help her describe the problem, deconstructed the problem, and found exceptions at the same time, used the rewriting dialogue, reshaped the dialogue of members and witness dialogue to expand the narrative perspective, developed the branch story, riched life story. Through 15 consultations, the short-term consultation goals of the counselors were partially realized.
