Drawing Psychology refers to the psychological analysis and treatment of consultant in the
course of drawing activities, including drawing evaluation and drawing therapy. The study to explore the
effectiveness of drawing psychology in the intervention of adolescent psychological crisis. A junior high
school student with suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self-injury was treated 3 times, and the treatment
process was guided by drawing evaluation, drawing therapy and questionnaire, the results showed that the
cases experienced emotional catharsis, peer interaction and family interaction during the intervention. It
can be seen that drawing psychology can help individuals to present subconscious conflicts, experience
the process of emotional Catharsis, highlight self-awareness and interpersonal problems, and help
individual cases to effectively improve emotional regulation and interpersonal communication.
