移空技术：一项本土化的心身治疗技术——写在中国心理学100周年

• 摘要： 本文在中国心理学100 周年之际，介绍了移空技术这项融中国传统修炼技术与西方心理治疗技术为一体的本土化心身治疗技术，主要梳理了移空技术的发展历程：从萌芽、成型到成熟；总结了移空技术的特点：融汇东西；既可解决心理症状，也可以解决生理症状；在具象思维水平工作；将心理空境作为治疗目标；用象征的方式解决问题；直接消除心身症状，不问原因、不做诊断；强调来访者的自主性、挖掘来访者自身资源；以咨询师为主导，同时也关注、共情来访者。指出移空技术是一项本土化心身治疗技术，希望对世界心理治疗界贡献中国原创的心身治疗技术，为解决人类共有的心身疾患贡献中国智慧、中国创造。
• On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Chinese psychology, this paper introduces the localization psychosomatic therapy technology of Yikong skill, which integrates Chinese traditional training technology and western psychotherapy technology. The characteristics of Yikong skill are summarized. Can solve both psychological symptoms, can also solve the physical symptoms; Work at the level of concrete thinking; To achieve the Psychological empty land without problems; Solve problems symbolically; Directly eliminate psychosomatic symptoms without asking the cause or diagnosis; Emphasize the autonomy of visitors and tap their own resources; Counseller-led, but also attentive and empathetic to the client. It is pointed out that Yikong skill is a localized psychosomatic therapy technology, and hopes to contribute China's original psychosomatic therapy technology to the world psychotherapeutic field, and contribute China's wisdom and creation to solve the common psychosomatic diseases of mankind.
