• Abstract: 来访者寻求咨询的主要原因是因为考上的大学与未曾一起生活过的妈妈在同一座城市，交集增多，随之与妈妈冲突也多了，同时进入大学后，因为交不到知心朋友，深感孤独，导致情绪不良。近一个多月，出现睡眠不好，早醒等状况。综合来看，评估为复杂性发展性创伤，来访者经过36 次咨询，咨询目标基本达到。
• The main reason for the visitor to seek counseling is that she were admitted to the university in the same city with her mother who had never lived together with she, so there were more and more conflicts with them. At the same time, after entering the university, she felt lonely because she could not make intimate friends, which led to bad mood. In the past more than a month, she has difficulty falling asleep, early awakeningsshe and other symptoms. In general, the patient was assessed as complex and developmental trauma. After 36 times of counseling, the counseling goal was basically achieved.
