  • 摘要: 新时代研究生对科研训练环境有新需求。基于科技自立自强时代背景,从中华优秀和谐文化、工作生活平衡理论中提出的学业生活平衡理念,旨在获得管理者、导师和学生等多方认同而成为心理健康教育新视角,有利于营造积极科研训练环境。学业生活平衡理念倡导研究生将学术融入生活,用生活滋养学术,既顺应了新时代师生日益增长的美好生活需要的诉求,对于提升研究生身心健康、学术创新也具有重要的意义。高校可以通过提高研究生学业生活平衡意识,加强学业生活平衡理论研究、构建平衡支持体系、营造平衡文化生态系统,促进研究生学业生活平衡。
  • In the new era, graduate students have new demands for the research and training environment. Based on the background of the new era, the academic—life balance concept proposed from the Chinese excellent harmonious culture and work—life balance theory aims to gain the recognition of managers, mentors and students. It’s a new perspective of mental health education and useful to create active scientific research Training environment. The academic—life balance advocates that graduate students integrate academics into life and use life to nourish academics. It not only conforms to the demands of teachers and students for a better life in the new era, but is also of great significance for improving the physical and mental health of graduate students and academic innovation. Colleges and universities can promote the balance of academic life of graduate students by improving the awareness of graduate students’ academic—life balance, strengthening academic—life balance theoretical research, building a balance support system, and creating a balanced cultural ecosystem.
