When the clinic visitor contracted SARS in 2003, his work changed from inside to outside
during the isolation and treatment. His negative emotions, such as fear, anxiety, grievance and anger,
accumulated for more than ten years, and his interpersonal relationship was also affected. This case has
done 6 psychological consultations all together. The first initial interview; The negative emotions, such
as fear, anxiety and compromise, were dealt with by Yikong skill for the second to fourth time. The fifth
time I had a headache in the process of dealing with anger, I also dealt with it. At the 6th follow-up, the
client had no obvious negative emotions, his mental and physical state had been greatly improved, his
interpersonal relationship had also been improved, his attitude towards problems had also changed, and
he could act and think better. This case shows that the Yikong skill can eliminate the negative physical
and mental feelings of the client without making a diagnosis and asking about the cause and effect of the
event, which has implications for the treatment of trauma and PTSD.
