• Abstract: 新疆是我国反恐的主战场、前沿阵地，在“三期叠加”复杂的背景下，调查基层一线公安民警的职业认同现状，不仅有利于激发公安民警的工作动力，提高其工作效率，也有利增强公安队伍的战斗力和凝聚力，更利于维护边疆地区的社会稳定和长治久安。研究通过调查问卷和个别访谈相结合的方法，对基层一线的664名公安民警进行调查，结果表明：基层一线公安民警的职业认同总体水平较高，不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、公安工作年限、警种和工作地的公安民警在职业认同上存在差异且有统计学意义（p<0.05）；不同文化程度的公安民警在职业认同上存在差异，但无统计学意义（p>0.05）。建议从个人、单位组织、社会和国家层面采取措施进一步提高基层一线公安民警的职业认同水平。
• Xinjiang is the main battlefield, the forefront of China's grass-roots, in "3 period superposition" complex background, the research base of a line of police professional identity status quo, is not only beneficial to arouse the public security police work motivation, improve the work efficiency, is advantageous to strengthen police team strength and cohesion, in favor of the social stability and security of the maintenance of border areas. Study through the combination of questionnaire and individual interview method, a line at the base of 664 policemen were investigated, the results showed that: a line of security forces at the grass-roots level overall level is higher, the professional identity of different gender, age, marital status, fixed number of year of the public security work, launching and workplace security forces exist differences in professional identity and was statistically significant (p < 0.05); There were differences in professional identity among police officers of different educational levels, but there was no statistical significance (p>0.05). It is suggested that measures should be taken from individual, unit, organization, society and country level to further improve the professional identity level of grass-roots front-line police officers.
