摘要:
目的:心理棋是一种基于投射技术的心理咨询和组织咨询工具。它通过特殊设计的棋子和棋盘来表现使用者的内心世界,适用于个体和团体使用。本研究将心理棋作为教具,配合专用的教学方法,对大学生职业生涯规划课程进行重新设计,并通过随机对照实验检验其效果。研究方法:本研究在某中等城市的某所大学里进行。在所有本学期开设职业规划课程的班级(共2个班)中用抛硬币的方式随机选取其中一个班级为实验组,另一个为对照组。采用职业生涯规划状况调查问卷和职业成熟度问卷来测量学生在参加新设计的课程前后的变化。结果:两组学生在上课前是同质的(tCPSQ(136) = 1.309, p = 0.193, tCMI(146) = -1.155, p = 0.250)。上完新设计的课程后,两组学生的职业规划状况和职业成熟度都取得了显著的增长(FCPSQ(1, 132) = 18.140, p < 0.0005; FCMI(1, 146) = 12.498, p = 0.001)。实验组的职业成熟度增长大于对照组(FCMI(1, 146) = 8.631, p = 0.004)。结论:传统和新设计的职业生涯规划课程对于改变大学生职业成熟度和职业规划现状都是有效的。新设计的课程在改变职业成熟度上效果更加明显。心理棋与职业生涯规划课程的结合,对大学生在职业生涯规划的心理方面的成长具有特别效果。
Objective: Psy-chess, which can represent the inner world through specially designed pieces and chessboard, is a tool for psychological counseling and organizational consulting based on projective technique and suitable for individual counseling and group counseling. In this study, psy-chess was used as a teaching aid and teaching method to redesign undergraduates' career planning courses, and the effectiveness of this new design was tested by randomized controlled trial. Method: The study was carried out at a university in a medium-sized city. There are only two integrated classes on career planning courses in this university in one term, which were divided into experimental and control groups by flipping a coin. Pre- and post- test both applied Career Planning Status Questionnaire and Career Maturity Inventory to measure the changes of participants between before and after the course. Results: Before the course the participants in two classes are homogeneous (tCPSQ(136) = 1.309, p = 0.193, tCMI(146) = -1.155, p = 0.250). After the course, both two groups achieved significant growth in career planning status and career maturity (FCPSQ(1, 132) = 18.140, p < 0.0005; FCMI(1, 146) = 12.498, p = 0.001). The change in career maturity of participants was greater in the experimental group than in the control group (FCMI(1, 146) = 8.631, p = 0.004). Conclusion: The integration of psy-chess and career planning course is more significant for the growth of undergraduates' psychological aspect of career planning and can make the course much more effective.
