• Abstract: 本文重点探讨“自主”、“专注”、“表达”和“空境”等四个移空技术操作步骤的疗效促进因素，以及这些因素在操作步骤中的分布和各因素之间的关系，以阐明在移空技术咨询实践过程中，仅熟练把握10个操作步骤还不够，还要注意把握那些促进和增强10个步骤疗效的其他因素。
• This article focuses on the therapeutic effects of the four operational steps of “autonomy”,“focus”, “expression” and “empty”, as well as the distribution of these factors in the operation steps and the relationship between the factors. Clarified that in the practice process of Yikong skill consultation, it is not enough to master the 10 operation steps proficiently, but also pay attention to grasping other factors that promote and enhance the efficacy of the 10 steps.
