Objective: To investigate the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy on cyberchondria. Methods: A participant received 9 time cognitive behavioral therapy. The cyberchondria scale(CS) and The Short Health Anxiety Inventory(SHAI) were completed pre and post treatment. Results: Data indicated that CS and SHAI were reduced from pre to post intervention. The participant reported the symptoms relieved. Conclusion: Cognitive behavioral therapy may be helpful to decrease cyberchondria.
