• Abstract: 自我同一性危机是大学生所常见的一种阶段性心理矛盾。聚焦自我同一性危机的大学生易感人群，能迅速有效地排查出自我同一性危机中的重点关注对象。总结自我同一性危机中焦虑、迷茫和自我角色混乱容易导致的心理问题，可以有的放矢地帮助学生进行心理辅导。分析自我同一性危机所带来的负面心理情绪对学习、生活和自我认同等方面造成的消极影响，能帮助心理健康教育工作者对学生的所出现的问题诱因做出判断，对高校心理健康教育有着重要意义。
• Self-identity crisis is a stage psychological contradiction which is common among college students. Focusing on the college students who are vulnerable to self-identity crisis, we can efficiently understand the objects to be aimed at. Summarizing psychological problems caused by anxiety, perplex, or ego role confusion in self-identity crisis, can help Psychological counselling more accurately. Analysing the negative effects brought by self-identity crisis in the study, life, self-awareness or other fields, can help mental health educators correctly decide the inducement to problems of students, making great sense in college mental health education.
