in this case, an integrated counseling method combining cognitive behavioral therapy and Satir family therapy mode was used to consult a sophomore boy diagnosed with moderate anxiety. After 12 times of consultation for more than 2 months, the student's anxiety, fear, shame and other emotions are weakened, and he start to participated in the study and life in a relaxed and enjoyable mood.
