• Abstract: 我院在将具有心理咨询师资格转化为具有临床心理师能力的培养实践 中发现，心理咨询师进入临床学习阶段，需要系统结构化地掌握心理学知识， 其中包括对心理学知识、精神医学知识掌握占比 69.1%，对精神疾病与心理障碍 分诊流程及转介能力占比 30%，在院临床心理师实际创收能力占比 10%。本论文 主要依据对 43 名临床心理师（心理咨询师）进修生的调查，阐述进修临床心理 师的实践掌握能力与医院良好互动团队的工作模式息息相关。
• It’s found in the practice of transforming qualified psychologists into clinical therapists development program that corresponding psychologists need to master comprehensive systematic psychological knowledge when they begin clinical training. Such knowledge system includes psychology and psychiatry knowledge which accounts for 69.1%, Mental illness and mental disorder triage process knowledge and capability of referral which accounts for 30%, clinical therapist’s capability to generate profits for hospital which accounts for 10%. Based on the survey of 43 clinical therapists (psychologists) in training, this paper elaborates that the practice capability of clinical therapists is closely related to the work pattern of effective team work environment in the hospital.
