  • Abstract: 目的:探讨自杀未遂的女大学生小莲自杀行为产生的原因和干预方法。 方法:基于 AEDP 和心理解剖法。自杀原因:母亲去世,创伤未被修复,高考失败, 无人回应和支持,自小不断地被嫌弃,自体严重受损,无价值感,深受情绪困扰, 无法忍受,防御失效,产生了自杀的想法和行为。干预方法:1. 逐步建立安全 的依恋关系,稳定和缓解症状;2. 利用场景重塑治愈小莲的创伤;3. 在体验和 反思的各个回合间转换,促进小莲连贯一致的自传性叙事的构建,在感觉没有 任何糟糕的时刻既是小莲人格的整合和康复的到来。
  • This paper takes Xiaolian, a female college student who has attempted suicide, as the research object, based on the method of AEDP and psychological anatomy, to explore the causes and intervention methods of Xiaolian’s suicide behavior. Reasons: the mother died, the trauma was not repaired, the college entrance examination failed, no response and support, constantly abandoned since childhood, self seriously damaged, no sense of value, deeply emotional distress, unbearable, defense failure, resulting in suicidal thoughts and behaviors. Intervention methods: 1. Gradually establish a safe attachment relationship to stabilize and relieve symptoms; 2. Portrayal to treat Xiaolian’s trauma; 3. Transform between the various rounds of experience and reflection to promote the construction of a consistent autobiographical narrative of Xiaolian, and when there is no bad feeling, it is the integration and rehabilitation of Xiaolian’s personality.
