This paper applied RWS(Real World Study) and the method of TTSIN’s (Technique of Transforming Symptom Images into Nothingness) self-evaluation of effect and safety to study the Simplified TTSIN’s effect and safety during Covid-19 epidemic, which received 127 cases. The research indicates—excluding 21 cases which are completely missing the information on impact, the average impact score of pre-TTSIN is 8.08, and the average impact score of post-TTSIN is 2.51, which shows the score on post-TTSIN is significantly lower than the score on pre-TTSIN. In 127 cases, 20 (15.7%) were cured, 68 (53.5%) were highly effective, 15 (11.8%) were effective, 3 (2.3%) were ineffective, and 21 (16.5%) were missing information. In 127 cases, excluding 43 cases which are missing the information on effect, the average effect score is 4.71 (maximum 5). And excluding 45 cases which are missing the information on safety, the average safety score is 4.91 (maximum 5). Thus, it is evident that the Simplified TTSIN is effective and safe when applied to psychological aid in Covid-19 epidemic.
