一例冲动型人格个案的心理矫治报告

• 摘要： 　　冲动型人格个案在监狱改造中，主要表现为人际关系敏感，频繁与同犯甚至警察发生冲突，严重影响改造秩序和监管安全。心理咨询师通过对来访者外在行为表现的分析，了解其内在心理需求与动机，挖掘其生理、心理、社会环境等各方面的积极资源，在论证各类信息的基础上制定其个体矫治方案，采用认知调整、情绪管理、意志训练等技术对其进行3个月的矫治工作，实现预期的目标，并维持咨访关系近2年，在人际交往与环境适应等方面巩固矫治效果。
• In prison reform, impulsive personality cases are mainly manifested as interpersonal sensitivity, frequent conflicts with other criminals and even police, which seriously affect the reform order and supervision security. Psychological consultant, understand its intrinsic psychological need and motivation through the analysis of the behavior, digging their various aspects of positive resources in physical, psychological and social environment and so on. Individual treatment scheme have been made on the basis of the argument of all kinds of information. Cognitive adjustment, emotion management, and will training and other technical treatments have been used for three months, to achieve the expected goals, and a working relationship has been maintained for nearly 2 years in such aspects as interpersonal and environmental adaptation to consolidate the correcting effect.
