• Abstract: 梦境探索团体，是以梦境作为团体互动内容的过程，它提供了一个让成员通过梦进行自我觉察、了解自我问题与心结，并共同创造一个梦境诠释的空间。作为团体的参与者、体验者和学习者，作者从探梦团体的简要过程、梦工作的启示出发，对这一特定的探梦团体进行了介绍与相应的思考，希望能对梦的工作及团体辅导起到一些呈现和补充。
• The dream exploration group is an interactive group based on the dream content of the team members. It provides an opportunity for the members’ self-awareness and understanding of themselves through dreams. Beside these it creates a dream interpretation space. As a participant, experiencer and learner, the author introduces the dream exploration group and thinks about this group through three parts: the brief process of the group, the enlightenment of the dream work and the reflection of the group, through which presenting and supplementing the work of the dreamworld and the group counseling.
