• Abstract: 本方案针对一名社交焦虑的女大学生，通过心理评估与分析，运用心理咨询中的认知行为方法和系统脱敏技术，帮助该学生缓解社交焦虑问题进而能正确认识社交，评价自我并且培养及提高其社交能力，进而能进行正常社交。
• This program aimed at counseling a female college student with social anxiety, through psychological assessment and analysis, using Cognitive behavioral therapy and systematic desensitization technique in psychological counseling, to help the student to alleviate social anxiety and realize social intercourse correctly, to evaluate herself and to develop and improve her social skills so as to be able to socialize normally.
